DELVORA is an online store operated by White Nile Group LLC. By using delvora.net or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

We work to show products, colors, and prices accurately, but can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel an order with an obvious pricing/description error (we'll refund you in full if we do).

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud). We'll refund any payment for a declined order.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure processor. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our content (text, images, and branding are owned by DELVORA or our suppliers).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DELVORA isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
