Refund policy

## 1. Refund & Return Policy → `/policies/refund-policy`

**Returns**

We want you to love your DELVORA piece. If something isn't right, you have **30 days**
from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original
packaging. To start a return, email us at **whitenilegroupllc@gmail.com** with your order number and a
short note (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We'll reply with return
instructions.

Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without a request can't be
processed.

**Damaged, defective, or wrong item**

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within **48 hours** of
delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You
won't pay return shipping for our error.

**Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are
issued to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Depending on your bank
or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear.

**Return shipping**

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or
incorrect items, we cover it.

**Non-returnable items**

Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items (clearly marked at purchase) can't be returned.

**Cancellations**

Need to cancel? Email **whitenilegroupllc@gmail.com** as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully
refund **before the order enters fulfillment** (typically within a few hours of ordering).
Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.

**Order processing**

Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after purchase. You'll get a confirmation
email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your item ships.

**Delivery times**

Our pieces ship from partner warehouses, including overseas facilities, so we can keep prices
fair. Estimated delivery after processing:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, and peak seasons (holidays) can
add time. We'll always show tracking so you can follow your order.

**Shipping cost**

Shipping cost (or free-shipping threshold) is shown at checkout before you pay.

**Tracking**

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in **7 business days**, email
**whitenilegroupllc@gmail.com** and we'll chase it with the carrier.

**Lost or stuck shipments**

If an order doesn't arrive within **30 business days** of shipping, contact us — we'll send a
replacement or refund you in full.

**Wrong address**

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent
to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us fast and we'll help where we can.

**Customs & duties**

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't
included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
