Shipping policy
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your item ships.
Delivery times
Our pieces ship from partner warehouses, including overseas facilities, so we can keep prices fair. Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada / UK / EU: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, and peak seasons (holidays) can add time. We'll always show tracking so you can follow your order.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost (or free-shipping threshold) is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email whitenilegroupllc@gmail.com and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Lost or stuck shipments
If an order doesn't arrive within 30 business days of shipping, contact us — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us fast and we'll help where we can.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
